1. Summary

Vibe Code Remote (the "App") and the companion Mac server (the "Server") do not collect, transmit, or store any personal information about you on any server we operate. There is no analytics, no tracking, no telemetry.

2. What stays on your device

iOS app Theme preference, demo-mode flag, tab labels, and the WebSocket endpoint you typed in. Stored locally in UserDefaults.
Mac server Session configuration, daemon logs, and terminal scrollback checkpoints, kept locally on your Mac. Never uploaded.

3. Network connections

The App connects directly from your iPhone to your Mac over a WebSocket on your LAN, Tailscale network, or VPN. You may optionally enable your own Cloudflare Quick Tunnel. Your code, prompts, and terminal output never pass through any server we operate.

4. In-App Purchases

Theme purchases are processed by Apple via StoreKit. We receive no payment information. We see only an entitlement flag locally on your device confirming a purchase succeeded.

5. Children

The App is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone of any age.

6. Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date above and post the new version at this URL.

Vibe Code Remote（"应用"）及配套的 Mac 端服务（"服务端"）不会通过我们运营的任何服务器收集、传输或存储您的任何个人信息。无埋点、无追踪、无遥测。

2. 仅保留在您本地设备上的数据

iOS 端主题偏好、Demo 模式开关、tab 标签、您输入的 WebSocket 端点地址。仅保存在本机 UserDefaults 中。
Mac 端会话配置、daemon 日志、终端 scrollback checkpoint，仅保存在您本地 Mac。绝不上传。

3. 网络连接

应用通过 WebSocket 从您的 iPhone 直连您的 Mac，走 LAN / Tailscale / VPN。您也可以选择自行开启 Cloudflare Quick Tunnel。您的代码、Prompt 与终端输出不会经过我们运营的任何服务器。

4. 应用内购买

主题购买由 Apple 通过 StoreKit 处理。我们不接收任何支付信息。我们仅在您本地设备上看到一个购买成功的标记。

5. 未成年人

本应用不针对 13 岁以下儿童，且我们不会主动收集任何年龄段用户的数据。

6. 变更

政策若有变更，我们将在此 URL 更新版本日期与正文。
